Yeah Best Buy seems all good but I had to take the Motorola Droid back to Best Buy 5 times because it had major problems on it. Today was my 5th time and just returned it.
Don’t buy the Droid at Best Buy I know it’s more expensive at the store but its worth it :/ I may just get my iPhone back I never had a problem with it. I mean I love the Droid but I’m not willing to go through all that hassle again.

My summary:
They are pretty much the same on the tech side.
Apple: is made by apple, therefore you have to sell your soul to them if you want to truly get your money’s worth.
Droid: Freedooooooooommmmmm!

I live near lincoln nebraska and i have noticed a lot of dropped calls if you go out of lincoln or out of omaha to visit family but when i am in town the coverage is very nice like you said

Don’t be mad cuz you bought a $300 paperweight… have to admit, Iphones are fun to play with when you don’t have any signal/coverage…. and the proprietary “everything” is simply awesome.

doesn’t seem like a very unbiased review to me but so be it. The Droid is a more advanced tool from a technical level that’s pretty self evident.

most of the things that iphone is better at are things that’s it’s had almost four years to improve. where as the droid just came out. i’m sure in time droid will over take. :p

my friend has the iphone 3gs he’s always talking smack when i got my droid he used it and got all wet over it he says he likes it more than the iphone iphone is just hype i guess but both phones are sick i just have the droid

The iPhone is the best! The droid is just a big copier of the iPhone! Also the menu system is really kinda confusing to me and the iPhone is more responsive. And when he said that the droid is getting better and better. WELL THE IPHONE IS GETTING BETTER AND BETTER TOO!! Go iPhone!!!!

if i have mp3 music files i can put them on my sd card or directly on the droid? and is the 16gb on the droid in the form of a card or can u put in ur own sd card along with the 16gb?

In AT&Ts defense, it’s definitely more a mid-west oriented company. If you live in the midwest (which I do) their coverage is actually quite good.

I have more MP3’s songs then anything else on my comp. and all I can say is I have always liked being able to dl MP3’s off my computer onto my cell phone and I can’t say I care much for being tied into apples iTunes only ap. plus AT&T is spotty put I’ve heard complaints about Veri. phones, mainly their LG’s. I have the LG Voyager and don’t like its touch scrolling abilities. I have been approved for an upgrade so maybe I should look into getting a Droid?

Verizon actually gave me a mail in rebate with purchase… Droid only cost me $59!!!
